Worst pharmacy service. I am consistently told via live technician on phone (backed up by text confirmation) that my scripts are either ready for pick-up or will be ready in 10 minutes. Every time I proceed to the drive-thru well beyond the 10-minute window, the scripts haven’t been filled and I’m inconvenienced yet again. So tired of the incompetence.

The worst staff of any CVS i have ever been too. They refuse to annswer the phone. I was on hold from South Windsor to Glastonbury. Walked in the store still on hold and walked to the back to the back to see the staff standing there. I held up my phone and asked if the phones were broken. Lady said No we are just busy. I asked for thecstore manager and this young kid walked up and completely blew it off. Same thing happened to my wife roday. They completely refuse to answer the phone. Been over a half hour now

Why would there be an appointment scheduled when shots administered 40 minutes later (on average) than the original appointment time?

We are traveling on Monday and we are fully vaccinated but still need to get a covid test 72 hours before departure but we were definitely not excited about the test Catherine, on the drive thru pharmacy window, was excellent and should be training others because she was incredible at helping us to get thru these tests and making us feel at ease. Thank you Catherine!

At least as far as the pharmacy is concerned, this has to be the worst CVS I've ever been to. Employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you want to reach them on the phone, prepare for at least 15 minute wait.

Poor pharmacy communication. Techs do not seem to want to help. I have been on hold for more than 10 minutes at least 3 times in the past few days. Problem has not been addressed and I have no faith that they would let me know if or when it was solved.

This CVS is more convenient than most pharmacies being open until 9pm but that's about the only thing good. You'll have better luck going through the drive through if you want "faster" service. I made the mistake of going inside to get my prescription filled or pick up and I had to wait forever and a day and it is confusing with the different stupid "stations" they have which don't explain and god help you if you go to the wrong station after waiting 10 minutes they just tell you to wait at a different station and now you are already 10 min in and another 10 min to get service from inexperienced or rude pharmacists. Oh and don't forget about the stank eyes and judgment-filled stares from other nosy customers. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of accidentally going to the wrong station or cutting in line because people don't really know how to line up then get ready for a duel to the death even if you apologize and plead the fifth on not knowing you will have made an enemy for life. Now let's talk about calling them on the phone. Don't. Just dont. I was put on hold for 25-30 min. That is not a typo. That's how little regard CVS has for your time. And if you finally do get a person to answer they offer zero in the way of apology and are fairly ignorant of the overall service you have received. If you go through the drive thru by all means press that call button numerous times because they take forever to get to you presumably from being too busy inside but the only advantage is that they do appear to prioritize drive thru customers over the waiting line inside and of course the phone line is dead last. In closing, as CVS gears up to become a megapoloplis and health care behemoth monopoly with all the mergers and acquisitions that's happening in the health care space which is terrifying in and of itself, this is just the beginning of the growing pains and profit motive and greed that just screws over the customer. Well I've had it with CVS and their nefarious ways. They clearly understaff their retail locations and have a lackadaisical attitude toward customer service in spite of the spike in traffic and demand. So send a message to this place and take your hard earned health care dollars somewhere else where they actually care!

I love this CVS store. I work around the corner from here and have to stop in a few times weekly, whether it's for drinks, snacks, or random odds and ends that I need to pick up and bring home with me that night. It's always very clean in here, very organized and fully stocked, and the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful.

Had valid coupons. Wasn't able to use them at this CVS branch. Never had any problems with this in other stores. Won't be going back.
