Came in today around 3:00 pm. Didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but he was the only one working the counter anyway the guy is awesome he’s nice respectful and pleasant. Make sure he gets promoted

No longer the same, the franchise has really damaged its prestigious name, they are disorganized and lack products and sometimes dirty and neglected by the same employees.

I love the sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. If there all gone by the time I get there they will make them. I always get two. Everyone who waits on you are very friendly and happy. I love this store in Glastonbury, CT. Irrecommend

Most of the staff is very friendly however, two of the employees have attitudes that stink. They have ignored me while I’m waiting at the register so they could continue their personal conversations. They may have felt it was work related because they were complaining about the stupidity of management. They act like it’s an imposition to ring up customers. There is a young man and a young woman who are very pleasant and I’m always glad to see them there. The coffee is the best and the pizza is quite good. A woman with a braid has a nasty attitude and is never nice.

Busy at night, but cashier was still super nice. all drink machines working and a good variety of fresh food available.
