overall pleasant banking experience. compared to previous bank experiences, this is the best experience I've had out of around 8 different banks I've had accounts at in the past.

I went to the new Glastonbury branch to set up my new pin. After not having access to my account for a month I was more than upset. I was in the branch for 5 mins & everything was fixed. And I got a cute little gift bag with doggie treats too! Thank s for finally adding a branch here!!

Exceptional ⭐ Customer Service by the VP/BRANCH MGR Sheila Iglesias she was so helpful and friendly assisting me with the opening of a new account. I highly recommend this location and I've already referred several people ??
