Worst pharmacy ever. Pain meds never in stock. Even if we check ahead by several days they don't have them. Zero stars. This is ongoing. Just awful.

Never appreciated CVS so much until today. Had an appointment for Covid and flu vaccine, scheduled well in advance. They say they're out -- and as I found out later, the other drugstores had it and we're on high alert because of Walgreen's incompetence. I decided to wait for flu vaccine; after ten minutes they finally bothered entering me into the system before saying it would be more then ten minutes before there was a chance they could get to me, so I left. My god this place sucks beyond words. Never going back. Thank you CVS for existing!

When my kids want something to snack on Walgreens is the place to go. Twice as many options as the local CVS. And they also carry Tru Fru which is a major plus. Aisles are always stacked with products. Staff has always been very friendly and courteous. I say courteous because when a staff member walks past us almost always they say excuse me. Not a lot of people say excuse me anymore. They usually just shove on by you. So if you're looking to grab a quick snack or beverage you might want to check them out

This Walgreens opens at 6 a.m. with staff and management totally disinterested in any type of genuine customer service Even upper management several levels over the store manager is totally disinterested in customer concerns, so there is no one leading by example

My daughter went to the Glastonbury Walgreens on Main Street Tuesday June 8, 2021, at noon to get a COVID 19 TEST necessary to return to graduate school in Scotland. The test needed to be completed within 72 hours of the last segment of flight, which would be Friday morning from Amsterdam to Edinburgh, Scotland. She could not take her test earlier and still have it be valid for her final flight to Scotland Friday morning. When we did not receive the test results by Thursday at noon, 48 hours after the test, we phoned Walgreens to inquire about the delay. We were told that Federal Express had not picked up the tests on Tuesday, so they were delayed. The person who spoke with my daughter said five tests were delayed, but three of them were processed that morning. My daughter contacted the lab with her tracking number and it still listed her test as not received. It was not until 3:00 p.m., four hours before my daughter's flight to Amsterdam at 7:00 p.m. that the test registered as received and in process. Fearing that the test would not be completed in time to fly we went to Walgreens and purchased an instant test and my daughter administered it on the way to the Boston airport. It was negative. We arrived at the airport two hours before the flight but had to wait 30 minutes in line only to find out that they would not accept the instant test. They told my daughter to go to another terminal at the airport to take a test. She went to the other terminal where they said they were closed and sent her to yet another terminal where she had to pay $200.00 to get a test. She received a negative result, but the flight had closed its boarding by the time she ran back to the international terminal. We were both crying and begged the gate agent to allow my daughter to fly. After hearing the story of WALGREENS COMPLETE FAILURE TO PROCESS A TIMELY COVID TEST, they allowed my daughter to board. Thank goodness because it would have cost $1,000 to rebook the flight. The stress was horrible and cost us over $200 for the test at the airport and the instant test on the way to the airport. My daughter received her negative test result when she arrived in Scotland on Friday. It was of no value at that late time. DO NOT USE WALGREENS TO TAKE A COVID TEST IF YOU NEED IT TO FLY OR HAVE A MEDICAL PROCEDURE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO HAVE THEM COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I had a really good experience at this Walgreens. I came in during my lunch break while looking for some much needed beauty supplies and they had everything I was looking for all in one aisle, which was pretty impressive because at most locations I have to aisle hop. The employees were pretty frequently and I also was able to find some cute Valentines I didn't know I needed. Def will be back.

Fed ex shipping center in walgreens Box is taped. Shipping label is on. Simple right? Nope. She said I will get confirmation email. Nope. Wait wait wait. Her: well you'll get it when fed ex accepts it. Me: I'm staying here any longer waiting. I can't leave a $300 printer here with no proof I returned it. Her: we have security cameras that's your proof. I'll be sure to tell HP they can check Walgreens security cameras when they debit my credit card.
