“I reserved an SUV (Toyota RAV4), but when I got there, all they had was a Toyota Camry. The whole reason we wanted an SUV was because we were going snowboarding 3 hours away in the Poconos and needed the room for all of our bags and gear. Luckily, the Camry is all-wheel drive, had a large trunk, and a back seat that opened to the trunk. The car worked out ok but an SUV would have been better. Everything else worked out great. Their rates are the best around, so it was hard to be too upset about the situation.”

“Hello and good morning to all , my experience at Avis was a great experience, from the point of setting up my booking to picking up the rental and dropping it off, the staff was courteous and professional, as a customer you have to realize that you have to be patient and be respectful, customer service employees at Avis have a lot on there plate, just cause it’s only cars there’s a lot involved and sometimes vehicles are not returned in a timely fashion, plus once a car arrives it has to be inspected and cleaned for the next customer, so please have patience.
