Amazing selection, kind staff, reasonable prices. The lady that helped me today was very helpful. Being a size 0 I was surprised to find a huge selections of gorgeous ball gowns, fit to flare dresses, and even beautiful prom dresses my size. Highly recommend and will check back in!

I can’t believe how rude this woman was she is very short with short hair and glasses. As soon as I walked in she said what are you looking for I said a formal dress she said oh size 18s are back there and said nothing more. First of all! I am not an 18, she explained that the sizing is different with these gowns, and she said, I actually might be bigger. I have never felt so insulted. She was very helpful to other people and I assumed it was because I was black, but after reading these reviews, It seems this is just a miserable establishment no matter what color. I will not return and I will tell others not to go to this dated, overpriced snotty place.

They have a great selection of dresses and I ended up buying my wedding gown here. Despite what some of the other reviews said, I found the staff to be very easy to work with and helpful.

Terrible workmanship. My wife's dress was screwd up. The seamstress was the problem she says she is the best but clearly not. She was not happy with the top ot was adjusted to high and we had to go to another place. She refused to alter it to her dimensions

The woman who works there is extremely rude. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Her alone made me want to leave. She kept suggesting I was a much larger size in the worst way.

ZERO stars.Racist. Abrasive. Downright disgusting.I work full time, long hours, and it is STILL worth my time to not only write this review, but also to contact the Better Business Bureau to report the egregious nature of this excuse for an establishment. (I won't dignify them with the label of a 'business').I came to this shop with my mom, sister, and fiancé looking for a veil. The staff might as well have spat in our faces from the second we walked in.Long story short, we let them know we would rather go without a veil than give them a cent or another second of our time.These foul women should be disallowed from interacting with polite society, let alone handling transactions with "Brides to Be".

Still reeling from the shockingly unkind reception given at this establishment. Despite our best efforts, could not penetrate the hostile atmosphere perpetrated by all staff..Almost as if they truly do not want to be in business! PLEASE do not make an effort to drive here, it will surely ruin your day!

Largest selection of consignment bridal I have seen so far. They said they get new dresses in on a regular basis. They offered good suggestions of how personalize a dress to fit what you would like.

I went to this shop to sell my wedding dress. The lady helping us was extremely rude. First of all it’s like a time warp in there. The ladies working there must be 90+ years old. And they are sooooo slow. The lady I worked with (maybe the owner?) insulted me multiple times. I paid a lot of money for my designer wedding gown. When I told her the price she said “you paid THAT for THIS”. My gown is absolutely stunning, lace, low cut in the back. She continued to insist I paid too much money for this dress saying “I got taken to the cleaners” multiple times. I told her I purchased the dress in NJ and she goes “oh that’s why”. I asked her if she ever sold this designer as these dresses are very expensive and she kept saying yes (although I do not believe her). They also want a 55% commission for your dress. Better off selling it online.

Dresses are great for a great price but while i was there the staff asked me if i was done growing and that I should grow another 6 inches, that i was short wasted, wore the wrong color socks and commented on how she just couldn’t understand how people can wear ripped jeans(which walked in wearing). It was my first time dress shopping and i wanted to feel beautiful but i left there feeling crushed.

I had a wonderful experience with Brides to Be - I got my dream dress and the owner of the store was even able to take the price down a little bit to help with taxes. I couldn't be happier with the dress I got and all of the ladies at the shop were very supportive and sweet during the whole process. Barbara especially is very nice and took extra time to fix a few last minute things on the dress when I picked it up. She finished the alterations a couple weeks earlier than expected too! Definitely reccommend :)
