“Tony really helped me out with my Acura. I bought this car used and sixth months afterwards so many problems had crept up. I was sure it was going to cost me a fortune. Tony worked hard to be fair though. He found only the things that really needed to be fixed and did it all for a really good price. He even took care of a lot of the little stuff that needed to be done. This place is really fair and good at what they do.”
“I have had several body repair jobs done at Victors over a couple of decades. Every time, the experience in dealing with them throughout has been unusually great. Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I have come to trust them very much, and they do very high quality work.
I recommend this AAA approved shop to anyone. If you are being towed after an accident, you have the right to tell the tow-truck operator to take you to your choice of shop. I am really glad I asked to go here, and I would make the same choice again.”

“Been there twice, first time insurance was involved and the second time I paid out of pocket. Both times they were extremely professional, helped me out with information, fixed my car like new and saved me money. “This is the most competent and honest repair shop I have ever used. I neglected to winterize my Sea Doo 200 Speedster last winter. At the start of the season, the engines (twin Rotax, 430HP combined) would not start. The first mechanic who checked the boat announced both engines were trashed, based only on water being present in the oil. Suspecting this mechanic's advice might not be accurate, I brought the boat to Bob, who doubted the blocks were cracked and recommended a few oil changes before reaching any such conclusion. Just got off the phone with Bob, The engines are now running and fine. Saved me at least $10,000.00. From here on, Bob gets all of my marine and vehicle repair work.”

So I thought of Ledyard Auto Body, called them up and was told to bring my car right on over. They took one look at my vehicle and despite how busy they were they told me they would get me right in in less than a week so that I can have my car as soon as possible. The finished product was incredibly impressive as it looked like my car just came off the show room floor. I was thrilled to see how beautiful of a job they did. “I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”
