“A nice apartment that's walking distance from all of Downtown Hartford's highlights. The property was kept clean and the location felt safe. The property manager Kassandra was also very professional and prompt when it came to communications about the apartment, including social events that residents could attend throughout the year. The maintenance team did a great job with attending to issues that occasionally came up with my unit. I unfortunately had to move out of the area, but overall I enjoyed my time living here.”

He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. They provide excellent service.”
