Action Appliance Repair was great from the start. My first time using them. Tom the tech. Was very knowledgeable on my refrigerator. He fixed the problem right away. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I paid $150 for “a service call” 45mins to diagnose a issue I was already aware of . The proposed repair cost exceeded $500. Opted to buy a new dishwasher instead. Won’t be using this company again.

I had a very good experience with Action Appliance. They came out quickly and their technician was courteous. The part needed to fix my washing machine came in the next day. I did have to wait a few days before they were able to come back to finish the installation. Other than that, I would use them again.

I have used action appliance several times for various appliances. The latest was today for my refrigerator. Garret came on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He solved the problem and was professional and friendly. I will use them again, if needed. I have always been pleased with their service and professionalism.

Action Appliance was great ! From initial call to repair completion.I was kept informed of costs , where the when to expect the Technician, and how long it would take. Everyone was very courteous and professional . None more than Larry B. , the tech who completed the repairs. i would not hesitate to use them again.
