There was a problem with a leaking valve and air in my heating system. Jennings sent a technician right away and with in one hour the problem was fixed. Well done and professionally.

I had an issue with a freezing fuel line at 8pm. I called Jennings and a service tech Louis was at my home in under an hour. Went above and beyond to keep us going temporarily through the night while trying to figure out a solution. I talked to David the service manager the next day, he explained the situation and our options. He was very conscious of not wanting to spend our money needlessly and a second attempt was made successfully to that out the line which saved us quite a bit of money. Very satisfied with how the whole experience went. I would highly recommend Jennings Oil because they are more personable than any other company I have dealt with in this industry.

Jennings has always sent nice, polite and efficient people for my yearly service and we have been getting oil from them for about 15 years. Their prices are great and they are prompt if there is ever an issue. I recently had a problem and they were at my house within the hour. I can recommend them highly.

I had a new hot water and heating system put in. The system kept cycling on and off and was very loud and not operating correctly. I had called and spoke to a manager who dismissed me and was rude. He said that is how it was supposed to work. We recently had an issue with the system and two young men came out for service. They confirmed that there was a problem with a fan modulator and fixed the part. Now our system is quiet and cycling properly. Would have been nice if you would have listened a year ago and came out to inspect the system. Very poor customer service.
