“I use this CVS whenever in the Mystic area for my prescriptions as well as taking advantage of the candy sales. Overall I have been pleased and have no issues with using this CVS for my medical needs, including over the counter. This is an update to my previous review of CVS. I've had nothing but excellent experiences here trying to get prescriptions. In my opinion, this is probably the best place I've ever been for and efforts to make sure I get the right thing by the pharmacist. I was helped today by one individual whose name was Elizabeth and all I can tell you is that it's just a fantastic experience. I've had nothing but bad luck with Walgreens and ever since the rite aids closed in the Midwest I've had nothing but trouble with prescriptions dealing with Walgreens hatch off to CVS in mystic. I wish everyone was like you”

“I would like to complement the improved service and improved look of CVS in Niantic, Connecticut. The 2 women that were working on Monday evening were a refreshing experience. Kudos to them for improving the look and friendliness, which has not been the norm for quite some time. One suggestion, there are dead bugs at the base of all the windows that face the parking lot. Badly needs a clean up of the windows.This is our only pharmacy in town, take care of it. Thank you.”
