“I’ve I could give Charlotte 10 stars I would. I’ve been going through a hard time in my life and Charlotte has a warmth to her. I picked out a potted flower from here display and she just gifted it to me, if only she knew that this means so much to me right now. The flowers are now a reminder to always show a little kindness as Charlotte did to me. Not only was I blown away by this act of kindness, but also the great selection of wines & spirits. She also has the most beautiful flowers in the back and delicious chocolates. Thank you so much for making my week Charlotte!”

“When we visit Mystic, we come to this store multiple times each visit. They have an amazing selection of unique and rare liquors and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all of them. The prices are on par with most other liquor stores despite the curate selection. If you are in the area and are a wine and spirit enthusiast, then this is a must visit store.”

“Can I just say the people who run this place/work here are literally the nicest people ever? This morning I had to order last minute liquor for Christmas shenanigans. Whoever the lovely woman was working this morning (12/22) was an absolute delight and was such a pleasant interaction start to my day. Thank you for being kind! Beyond that, what a fantastic selection. Best liquor store in Norwich area in my opinion - they carry more of the unique liquors (local and international) that you won't find many other places. Gotta love they sell Irish gins and Fever Tree!”

“I love this package store!! Their prices are reasonable and the gentlemen that work there are always very helpful and forthcoming with information on expected deliveries, etc. They also will take the time to check in the back of the beer cooler if a requested beer isn't visible in the glass case. I've been looking for some hard to find bourbon and I check in with them on occasion. Not only did they tell me the best time to check in with them, but they also took my number and called me when the hard to find bourbon was delivered. I especially appreciate that they don't engage in price gouging. They added their standard mark-up on the bourbon even though they could have charged much more. I will definitely be a return customer when I'm in town. This is now my new 'go to' liquor store.”
“I first tried this store for its location as it was right on my way when traveling to a client's site but now always come here first because of its selection, knowledgable and friendly professional staff...who always ask if I want a bag. “Nice quiet mom and pop package store. Decent selection of beer and wine. Seemingly had a nice spirit selection and will return to take a closer look. The charm of the store is the location and the overall local vibe. There was a nice wine tasting on property when I went in to grab some weekend adult beverages and the lady was super friendly and informative (almost got me to purchase a bottle). Had I not had planned beverages I would have sprung for a bottle of red. Can't go wrong with a nice bottle of dry red. All in all a very pleasant purchase. Between the vibe, selection, and interaction with what I believe to be ownership at check out, I would recommend a visit for all your adult beverage needs!!Cheers to the weekend!!”
