This place was a horrible experience. They Couldn’t even fit the watch to my wrist properly. When I asked about the sales price online, they said that is online only. The price at the store was significantly higher.

I came by with my sister, we were looking for a gold chain for me, but my sister had been wanting an opal piece for years now, but she never found a jeweler who could help her, since opal is so uncommon and rare apparently. My sister mentioned it to Kristen, and she took her right over and explained everything. My sister was so excited to finally find a jeweler who could help her find opal jewelry. My sister is so so happy with her new ring thank you so much!

I came by and wanted to take a look at what Zales had in their display for gold chains, but I wasn’t really sure what exactly I wanted. Kristen showed me what I could choose from and helped me pick out the perfect piece for me! She was so helpful, and I’m so happy with what she showed me! When the specific chain I wanted wasn’t in store, she kept looking until she found the perfect one that was exactly what I wanted! I’m so glad I was walking by, I wouldn’t have found the chain for me. Thank you!!!

Went to Zales today for ring servicing, of course I forgot my paperwork and couldn't locate my important information in my emails. Kristen @ the Westfarms Zales was beyond amazing she went every route till she located my information to get the job done. I wanna Thank her once again for the great customer service.

Dear customer service executive, I would like to mention that your sales rep, Haddy was outstanding with me and my husband as a customer. My husband needed a replacement wedding band and we were married 28 years ago with a Sales wedding band. We replaced it dynamically with a beautiful one that looked like the original one only because your sales representative was exclusive enough to take time to match it up and to show us the authenticity inside that it was 14 karat Etc. With that in mind you should know that you have dynamic people representing your company and it is my pleasure again to visit Zales all because of Haddy's expertise! Again to the executive of Zales: What I acknowledged also is another worker who spent so much time with a customer assisting her and her visitor with whatever they were purchasing. I noticed that he was just as thorough as the person that waited on me. After he was done I was so curious to know his name because I so wanted you to know that you do have two excellent workers representing your establishment. I took it upon myself to ask his name because I so wanted to let you know that , Jesy was just as attentive with his customer as my sales representative was with me. And in conclusion he actually assisted my husband with adjusting my husband's watch band! Professionalism to the max! I will end with this.. give him a raise too they both deserve it.!!
