I had a wonderful experience at Yankee Candle, thanks to Jurnee! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Jurnee patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect candle. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! Highly recommend asking for Jurnee if you’re looking for top-notch service.

Holli and Kamalini are the absolute sweetest ever! they are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed when you shop here! they helped me make a candle that is now my prized possession and safe to say, my cat loves it!

Good selection of scents. My favorite candles by far. But have to drop a star for the absolute assault on my senses from the smell every time i walk into the store. Is the migraine worth it? No, but I'm still going to buy candles so here we are

Bought two scent difusers at 75% off. OMG. They make my home smell fantastic. I also enjoy visiting their world headquarters in Deerfield MA. It is Christmas there 365 days a year. Very inviting...So much to see! The stores in Hartford area are full of lovely candles, difusers, and other nice smelling accessories. Keep the nice merch stocked.

Good evening yankee candle family,I want to let you guys know that you have a very very professional young man by the name of Shawn.He has greeted me and my family every single time I have gone to this store.He will make time to help us with everything in the store he made us feel wanted and he’s a very humble individual.He has made time to help everyone in the store in all of our visits and I’m in there at least once a week taking advantage of all year round deals! I think I’m going to need Yankee candle shopping therapy lol.But I hope that he stays there for years to come his image is very well present and his approach has gave us more confidence to shop with out any pressure.I will go in for one thing and like everyone knows in this store you want to wipe the credit card clean.Thanks Shawn for everything!

FYI - YC gives your information to Newell Brands for spamming. I contacted YC to delete my account as there was no option to do so, or to change my email address, in their system. DO NOT GIVE YC YOUR INFORMATION - they ask for your zip code, phone number, email like it's part of the check out process but they are just collecting your information to pass over to Newell Brands. YC referred me to Newell Brands who contacted me stating that I MAY be able to get my information deleted by going through their website. The email is long but below shows the language YC/Newell uses: "Thank you for being a valued guest with Yankee Candle® and for taking the time to write to us. My name is Zygrid, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in response. We understand that you would like to have your Personal Data erased. If you reside in the EU/EEA, you may have the right, after submitting a verified request to: Information and Access - You may request to access your Personal Data, receive supplemental information about your Personal Data, and/or be provided with a copy of your Personal Data. Easy to shop when your left alone. At the register, the manager seemed Extremely short and rude. Prior to us, no one was embracing the 6 feet social distancing. While in line, an elderly couple and another lady was not able to embrace it. As soon as we approached the front, she informed us that the store is practicing social distancing. However, she insisted in grabbing our products (going into our personal space). When we asked if the cashier was offering military discount, we apologized for the late ask and there was no response. Never again will I go to this location and highly do not recommend!

Amazing store, amazing staff..Carol is absolutely the best.If not for her..Yankee Candle would not have any sales from me, after dealing with a malfunctioning website and no customer support...Carol was a life saver. Yankee Candle should give her a raise..she deserves it!A huge thank you to all the staff at the West Farms Mall YC! You guys are the best!

Hands down the kindest and helpful woman work in this Yankee Candle!!? i can truthfully say I have never had store employees go above and beyond the way they did!!! From the two managers to the other awesome girl I spoke to and she was super knowledgeable on finding exactly the scent I was wanting!!!
