“I had such a great experience for my first time shopping at AE! I first met with the store manager, Wendy and she directed me to a few great options of clothing I was looking for. I tried on so many pairs of jeans but her and another store associate, Adrian I think her name was..? were both super helpful, kind and patient with me! Wendy was able to match most of the clothes prices that were on sale on their website which was a plus and I was able to purchase everything I needed. “We've been in the Tommy Bahamas store in the West Farms Mall twice in the past month for purchases. The staff is very kind, courteous, and helpful. Jennifer, Pierce, and the store manager Kitzia could not be anymore of assistance helping us find the clothes we wanted to purchase and giving us honest opinions when we tried some clothes on. We both were treated like royalty and spoke like we were long term friends. Jennifer also pointed out a very good restaurant to eat at in the mall, which we have frequented twice. These people/sale associates, make the store, and we will continue to shop there whenever we go to the mall.”

“I went into the store at Westfarms today and the associate that assisted me was so helpful and understanding to my new body. I recently had a bilateral mastectomy and have been having a hard time finding a swim suit since I decided to stay flat. She pulled so many options for me to try and gave me so many tips regarding each suit. Over the last month I have dreaded trying on suits and she made great suggestions and kept stating that I should try on all different types and to be honest if I liked what she pulled or didn’t, she wouldn’t be offended. In the end I bought two suits that I absolutely loved and felt hot in. She was amazing!”

“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”
