My daughter and I went to this facility not knowing the prior owner no longer owns this establishment. Needless to say we walked away not for the service which was very good however, the price for eyebrows, lips and hair removal from chin was very expensive. Lesson learned.

My 5 star rating is specifically on Sophia! I have gone to this salon for the last year and a half and Sophia is 100% my nail go to. She listens, cares about her work and is so friendly. She has a permanent client in me. Snow is also great and would recommend her as well.

Good spot in the Nordstrom plaza . They stay open kinda late but they are pricey .

They helped me fix a bad situation left on my nails by another salon. The manager stayed late and helped me to take of the disaster that was pulling off. The get an " A" in my book for the rescue.

First time I went they did great service on my nails and toes but my second time the experience was not great at all. The second time I just wanted a basic mani pedi and regular clear nail polish. First of all the woman doing my nails keep pushing for me to do gel when I told her no several times which bothered me and the mani pedi was $75 and it wasn’t even that well done. They charged me $10 extra dollars to remove the leftover gel on my toes and nails. Which is fine because I was told it would be extra to remove from my toes but I wasn’t told about my nails I was only told that at the end of service and i didn’t even have gel on my nails only some regular clear nail polish I did myself. My suggestion is this business needs a price list listed in their shop because if I knew i would pay $75 for a clear basic mani pedi I would have never went. And it would help to know about the fees before hand because you expect me to pay extra fees for stuff that should be included in the service and then expect a tip and it has to be in all cash or you will charge an extra $5 for card??? No thank you. Me personally I will not be back

It's been a while since I treated myself so of course I chose T Nail & Spa as I am comfortable there and it's in a good location with plenty of other good stores in this plaza. Staff is friendly and do their best to accommodate as I didn't make an appointment just decided to walk in. Nice experience overall.

*NEVER GO HERE*I came in for a full set asked for square and they gave me coffin nails I expressed that it was not what I asked for they tried to apply acrylic to shape the name to square i said I did not like the shape this man told me THAT HE WAS GOING TO REMOVE THEM AND “ I COULD GO BACK TO WHATEVER PERSON DOES MY NAILS” my jaw droped!!!! Mind you I’m completely respectful and understanding the entire time while I’m not satisfied but as soon as I was told he’s taking them off and I can leave I was blown away I never have been anywhere and been treaded like this !!! When I said I did not like them this is before he applied the Acrylic all the had to do was take the fake nail off and apply another one. This is how I left in the pictures below !!! Please just take your business else where !!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you want to support a business owner that treats his employees terribly, then come here. He has a high staff turnover bc of this. I used to get pedicures by TRACY, and she had to leave because of the male owner’s terrible treatment towards her. She is literally the BEST pedicurist who would do my nails very square as requested and took such good care of my toes. It makes me so sad to know that she was treated so poorly by him. I will not be coming back.

Staff is really nice. But $75 for lumpy dip powder nails that don’t even go all the way down to the nail bed? My nails look like the fake glue ons you get from Walmart. So, so disappointed. Don’t know how they have so many 5 star reviews. There’s cheaper places that do much much better jobs. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and my nails look hideous, I’m so upset. Never coming back and I advise you to not come here either.
