My daughter and I needed to update our Verizon phones so we went to Russell Cellular in Unionville, CT. The customer service we received was outstanding. Our sales rep, Ian Sames, is knowledgeable, extremely patient, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. He offered advice without pressure, explained everything in detail, and didn’t upsell. Ian reviewed my account and recommended a better plan that reduced my monthly charges. We were very impressed and highly recommend this business. Ian and Aaron, the store manager, are wonderful assets to the Verizon brand.

I must say from walking in , to leaving out Hong has truly provided top tier customer service . I love the fact that he took his time making sure I got the best upgrade option . And also explained throughly each fee cost to make sure I get no surprise bill .on my monthly statement . He even pointed out unnecessary fees that I had added to my account which I completely forgot about . I will be back for sure ??

Please do not purchase the $50 screen protector they place on your phone without telling you the cost - from pure gear. They’ll tell you there’s a warrantee for life but it only protects if it spontaneously combusts due to a mfr defect!! The screen cracked the next day. And then it’s a $12.95 replacement cost.Also - they lacked the knowledge in pulling a line transfer code off the app from xfinity. Had they been aware, Our 2 hour visit would’ve taken 5 mins. It’s on the app!!
