Be aware that they charge a significant fee if you do not pay cash. Not sure whether that is legal.
At least they should clearly mark that the price is cash only.

If only I can write this without giving them a star. I went yesterday with my mother and the minute we walked inside I noticed the the lady that was there was giving us the eye . My mom all she drinks is wine so wee separated . I was looking at Jell-O shots n I thought would be nice for an event . The lady behind the counter still looking at me crazy . I went got my 6 pack of corona asked her where can I place this since she was in between both registers . She said with a sassy tone "right here " then said I need to see both your IDs my mom then kindly replies "why do you need mine when he's the one paying " My mom proceeded to show her ID and the lady's attitude continued to grow as I was taking my wallet out to show my ID she pointed at me saying "NO I NEED TO SEEE YOURR ID" because of that my mother said we didn't want anything . As we where walking towards the door her smart mouth continued . She was judging us because we are Hispanic and young ! This was an experience I'd never thought I'd come across . Over all this is very bad for business I would never treat my customers like this ! I'll be going back to take a picture of this lady so everyone is aware of her nasty behavior!

Tl;dr Not trustworthy. Buy in person or not at all.I found a rare wine on their website, but when I ordered it, there was a $100 shipping minimum. I added a nice bottle of whiskey to get over the price threshold.They proceeded to cancel the wine, saying they had none in stock. I asked them twice to cancel the order, since it didn't have the wine I actually wanted.They shipped the whiskey anyway and charged me more for shipping than it would have cost by itself.Now I'm out $150+ for an $80 bottle of whiskey that I didn't want in the first place.Do not recommend buying online. Maybe they're okay in person where you can have your hands on what you're buying.

Stopped in today 7/15/2023 while i was waiting for my food. Very nice bubbly staff person. She was very helpful. Her awesome customer service will have me come again and tell a friend. Hard to find good help BUT she was AWESOME!

two people behind the counter - BOTH were dealing with a guy betting on lottery #s . each looked at me holding two bottles of wine and continued to talk to the gambler. I got nuthin against playing the lottery but does it take TWO people to take his bets for FIVE MINUTES.......VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!. I thought I'd patronize the independent. YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS !!!

Good prices nice people the beer is always cold. Very pleasant and they are located right off the main road but so easy to get out and back into traffic. Always have what we are looking for and knows where it's located inside the store.

Wow. This is how it's done. I called looking for a very specific and very nice bottle of 18 year old whiskey to be delivered locally today, as a gift. Not only was Pete, the owner, knowledgeable, friendly and quick, but it was also the lowest priced of other (non-local) vendors I had tried. It was ordered, wrapped and delivered in less than an hour and I got a confirmation of delivery and a copy of the receipt. I am overwhelming pleased and highly recommend Valley Wines - and Pete. 5 stars.

I called asking a simple question how to order with a gift card the employee was giving me so much attitude ..!!! .None professional !!! worker !!! ?? Im very disappointed very very disappointed the Attitude that i received over the phone!!!! I Will never shop or go in the store again!!!!

I just called a little while ago and this very rude woman picked up. Do not suggest going here. Many better places to go with nicer staff.
