Andre is the best trainer. I highly recommend Andre as a trainer. I promised him 10 years ago I'd leave a review , and I forgot at the time, but I never break a promise. I got absolutely jacked on his routines he taught me. Great job getting me shredded and winning tournaments bud. Thanks Andre.
