Just went to Northface today and the sweetest lady was helping me out. If I remember correctly, her name was Sasha and she helped me save $70 by my student id and a coupon in my account. Not only that, but we had a decent conversation but she was just a sweet person overall.

Staff was available but not intrusive, greeted me quickly, and helped with questions. The store was clean, organized, and maintained.
