Honestly the girl Corie at the beauty studio is probably one of the worst people I've come in contact at a mall. No personality and gives off mean girl vibes.
The other employees seem nice but avoid her at all cost. Super ick

Hey there! I just wanted to share my recent experience with Rochelle and Crystal. As someone who's never had a skincare routine before, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed by all the product options and steps involved. But these ladies were absolute gems! Rochelle was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me, recommending the best choices for my skin. And then Crystal helped me pick out the perfect foundation - she was so sweet and patient, too! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm so grateful to them both. Big thanks to Rochelle and Crystal!

Horrible Experience I have went here 2 times and the workers are very rude and nasty. I feel ashamed to have spent money here especially when i cant get even a free sample in return especially with all the money i spend on makeup. Do not go here if you want a positive experience these workers will make you feel horrible Those workers should be fired they are prejudiced and im so upset i spent money again

This store most definitely needs an age minimum. I go there now and all I see is young children not buying anything, but just sampling and ruining the products. I can barely walk around the store anymore because it is packed with young children. children of their age most definitely don’t need to be buying makeup or skincare. If there’s any way to fix this please try.

I've shopping at this store probably since it opened, but it's never been a gross experience until today. Displays were empty and dusty (and now you get yelled at for opening the stock drawers to serve yourself!), more staff than ever, but less product. Lousy stage for what used to be a decent shop. Won't be back.

Sad to say, but this store has the worst customer service I’ve seen in a Sephora. No one asks how they can help you Yet there are plenty of staff standing around. I went in to get help picking out a new foundation and to be color matched. I asked someone for help & they said they couldn’t help and offered to go find someone that could but no one never showed up. Only thing I can say positive about this store is that they do have a good supply of products..

I will never ever come back to this Sephora.The staff was very disrespectful and rude, did not listen to my complaint, threatened me like a thief.Short story: picked up my Chanel sealed perfume, opened at home to see it’s an empty bottle inside, wanted to exchange, no chance After my last experience I don’t want to come back there, but the good point is. Sephora at evergreen walk in South Windsor, CT helped me a lot so big thankful for the staff??
