Just really pretty to look at but more for inspiration. To me the prices are way over inflated for the product. But very well setup store

I purchased a bed in June of 2023. I then purchased a mattress separately. My bed size was standard king. My mattress also standard king. Problem is the mattress is so tight from top to bottom that not even a sheet fits in between them. My sheets fall off every night because they are not on properly. I called customer service and spoke with Carla. She told me since I didn’t buy my mattress from pottery barn, she can’t help me. I tried to explain it is a standard 80 inch mattress. She interrupted me and said “ mam, I don’t know anything about that mattress and it’s not our product. We can’t help you”. She also called me rude for being persistent. Pottery Barn never said I need to buy their mattress. Some people use there own. It should fit. I’m out of luck. Bed was very expensive. I won’t be shopping there again

Pottery barn has the worst customer service. We bought my daughters oversized, monogrammed chairs. Within months, the zipper on one of them broke. I assumed they’d have some sort of warranty but we were told the zipper breaking is on us. Anyways, we ordered a replacement slip cover, and the font size was wrong not once, but twice. They told us there was nothing they could do (surprise surprise) very disappointing. We will not be buying anything from pottery barn in the future. Definitely not high quality and they could care less!

The staff at Pottery Barn in West Farms mall was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem is that the company does not stand behind the furniture they sell. The furniture they sell is "fully priced," and you would expect reasonable quality. We purchased a sectional. One of the pieces had a cushion that was not properly stuffed. It was twice as thick on the left half as it was on the right half. It was delivered that way. At first they asked for photos. Which we sent. We were told that it looked like a problem and they would talk to the factory about getting us a new cushion. Months passed. Then they told us that there was nothing they could do. We have purchased much better sofas and sectionals for less money. If you are OK with a sectional that looks old and lopsided from day one, you can get that for a lot less money.

Horrible customer service and discriminatory attitude from the workers. Specifically the cashiers and the assistant with the red glasses. They only help out white customers who “seem” rich. I asked for an item and the lady directed me to the cashier with a rude attitude. We went and the two ladies there ignored us, helping a white lady. After standing for 10 minutes we decided to leave the store.

I used to shop here religiously. Over the past few years, I’ve noticed the quality of the merchandise at Pottery Barn has significantly gone downhill. When they launch new products, it’s similar in style, just changing color schemes. This is just my personal opinion.I almost want to give it a three star review.I find a much more vast selection on Amazon then I do through Pottery Barn. I also find that Amazon can be more cost-effective than Pottery Barn.Again, just my personal opinion.Respectfully,Dennis Schleicher

Pottery Barn has great quality stuff, so I was excited to go check out a few couches and accent chairs before Black Friday with my siblings . However, when I went to actually test out the couches I was told by a woman that "Pottery Barn isn't a lounge". Even when I told her I was looking for couches, her response was "oh really" with a rude amount of sarcasm. I immediately left after feeling extremely uncomfortable. Don't even bother visiting this location, especially if you're younger...shop online. They'll discriminate you for your age and won't take you seriously, even if you're ready to buy a larger, more expensive item. Guess I'll be trying Crate and Barrel instead!

I often stop in for decorating inspiration if nothing else. The displays are very well done. Over the years I had two occasions where I required customer service and in both instances Pottery Barn was great. I am a loyal customer as a result.

Horrible product and quality control. This is 5880 worth of a bad cart. Paint is uneven. Screws in bars don’t fit. I called customer service who wants me to dissemble it and send it back for refund . The assembly took 5 hours. Horrible ways of time and money.
