Went shopping here for the first time to find memorabilia for my Dad. Store is cluttered and disorganized. I asked multiple store employees for assistance and was either completely ignored or told they could help and then walked away to not be assisted again. Horrible treatment of customers, hoped to find a place I could get plenty of things for my mancave but instead find myself shopping online instead. Very disappointing experience.

They’re always professional and nice and I have never had any issues. It’s an awesome place to go and get my tattoos apparel because not many stores have Pittsburgh apparel. It’s either NE, NY, or Boston teams.

The cashier snatched my bag out of my hand and got very angry when I wanted to return something that was very overpriced. He had no idea what customer service was and had some serious anger problems. I would avoid this store and will never be giving them business again. Completely disrespectful and had no people skills whatsoever, was mumbling words under his breath as well. Very arrogant.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The jerseys they sell are fakes, when advertised as legitimate ones. When trying to return the fake jersey, the employee moved a stack of hats to uncover a NO RETURN policy that was also covered the day I bought the jersey. Will not shop here again and I encourage people looking for sports memorabilia to look elsewhere. Shady business with shady employees.
