My experience with Monarch Jewelers was amazing. It is a wonderful, honest family owned business where at first I met Jessie. We talked a bit and once I explained what kind of ring I wanted, he recommended that I work with Gina, who could custom design it for me. She was extremely patient and worked with me almost daily to design the most beautiful ring of my dreams. It came out exactly the way I wanted. I highly recommend Monarch Jewelers to anyone. I wanted to buy my niece a personalized piggy bank for her 3rd birthday. I had called and asked what options were available and Jesse the sales associate could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to send me videos of each of the piggy banks available. He then sent me a picture of the final product. They had it personalized, wrapped and ready that day. I was beyond happy with my experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for wrapping it so beautifully. This was the icing on the cake!

I absolutely love the work Monarch Jewelers did for me recently. They redesigned my engagement ring for an updated look and it is absolutely gorgeous! Such a Great jeweler shop!! Very friendly and thoughtful. The person who helped me worked with my price point with out me feeling judged. I didn't want to spend too much. I went in just wanting a pretty pair of earrings and left with something I love. And she offered to take my ring and bracelet to clean them. So thoughtful. Thank you Monarch Jewelers. I will definitely be back.
