Highly recommend - team was so nice and accommodating after I got turned away by Modern Tire West Hartford. In and out in under an hour after I found a nail in my tire and had a slow leak. While I waited, they sent me a video of the tire as they were fixing it. 10/10. So appreciative of them!

Clean waiting facilities, helpful staff, and most importantly, they're not pushy about selling you tires or services! I just had my alignment done, and they didn't push to do the alignment on my tires, and even took off the cost of the service. Just be careful pulling into their parking lot. It's a little tight, especially coming off of a busy Route 4. But definitely get your car work done here. It's worth it!

I recently had an oil change at Modern Tire of Farmington, CT, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Anthony, the service advisor, was fantastic. He handled everything professionally and ensured the process was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommended!

Great service and more importantly honest as the day is long. During my last visit they refused to charge me for the considerable time spent on one of my older cars that was, unfortunately, beyond salvation. It's great to have a business in Farmington that takes pride in their work and cares so much about the customer!

Outstanding customer service. Modern Tire was able to fit me in first thing in the morning with a nail in my tire and had it patched and ready to go in under 40 minutes without an appointment.Great attention to detail and friendly, helpful service. Highly recommend them!

The guys at Modern Tire & Auto Service are helpful, friendly and accessible. I recently bought 4 GoodYear tires for my Subaru and so far, so good. However, I applied and got the tire rebate but the number on the prepaid credit card GoodYear sent is blanked out in the middle, so I can't figure out the number. I've tried calling all the phone numbers for GoodYear, but can't get a live person. The recordings keep asking for my number and I can't give it so I can't activate my card. Hope you have better luck.
