It's a really two store. Two floors for men, with a furniture area on the ground floor in the back.

We ordered on line for in store pickup. It was difficult. We had dinner dishes that were just placed on the counter. The cashier and I had to wrap each and place them in multiple shopping bags. I expected better from those that selected the order.

Junk, all over priced junk. Prices way too steep. Time for you to shut down!

No wonder why this place has two stars. I just called customer service at this department asked them to help me with an item if they have it in stock and she was so rude about it. I will never come to macys again I'll take my business somewhere else People working in this place are helpless they don't care

Today at Macy's, I hit the jackpot of shopping adventures! Tod, the retail superhero, not only hooked me up with the perfect pair of Steve Madden sneakers but also unleashed his online shopping superpowers and shipped another pair of Steve Madden's right to my house. His wit and charm turned my day from ordinary to extraordinary. Move over, Employee of the Month - Tod just secured the Best Employer Award with his epic customer service! Tod, you're not just an employee; you're a shopping legend, and I'm your biggest fan!

I went here in search of a Nerf football ona tip that they may have a Nerf section in their toy department. They did have Nerf stuff, just not a football. The toy department is actually a Toys R Us on the third floor.I was assisted by friendly helpful staff members.Overall, the store is nice and consists of three floors.

I was returning something I ordered online, it wasn't clear where I could return it. I had to ask someone. Then I had to find a register. I was on the first floor and items were a mess. When I think Macy's, I think a bit fashionable and well maintained, not the image I was getting.

Just went an hour ago because I saw jewelry on sale. A worker was helping someone already so I waited behind them until they were done. Then I said “excuse me sorry, is this on sale like how these are on sale?” She then said “yeah they are on sale but I don’t think they’re gonna be $20.” (I checked online and it was in fact $20) I said okay thank you. As I’m turning to walk, she then says “yeah I’m helping a customer” I found that very rude because no you’re not. I waited for you to be done and then I asked you. And also, are you insinuating I wouldn’t afford it if it wasn’t $20? I didn’t get her name but she’s an older white lady with glasses and grey hair so watch out.

I bought a dress for a wedding, it fell apart. The stitching on the leg slit came undone and the fabric just started tearing, probably 3/4”. This was 3 days after purchase. I have a picture from the dressing room where you can see the issue prior to purchase; I just wasn’t looking for any loose stitching because why would there be any issue with a new dress? I asked if I could exchange it and the woman kind of gave me attitude and said “we don’t know if you ripped it?” Ok, first of all, why would I spend $100 on a dress to rip it, I’m not THAT mentally ill, and secondly, if you can’t stand by construction of a garment within 72 hours of purchase, I’m never buying anything from this store again. Catch me at Nordstrom, they’d never do this to me.
