I placed an order over the phone for a limited edition product that was sold out on online retailers. The employee that took my call was super polite and I literally received the package the next day. Might I add, the packaging was personal and beautiful!! Definitely visiting this location in person one day <3

The ladies and gentlemen who work here are very polite and understanding! I called to have lipstick shipped to me in MA because we don’t have a MAC store and online was sold out. Everyone was super pleasant that I spoke to, took my information and sent out my package asap. I ordered July 3rd and I got it today, July 9th due to the weekend and holiday! I will always come to this store or call from now on for my products.

I called before I drove 45 mins to get foundation and they told me they closed at 6. I get there at 5:10 and they are "closed for inventory" literally the worst customer service. I have my pro card and usually order online so I don't have to drive but with renewing my card and running out of foundation this was my only option. So frustrating with the lack of communication.... That is WHY I called to prevent this. I can't imagine how "regular" customers are treated. Be better!!

Went to the Mac counter upstairs in the mall and the lady at the counter ignored us and when we went to grab a lip liner to buy she told us to leave them alone and when we explained the situation to our mom she belligerently yelled across the mall that she didn't say it like that. So either we are hard of hearing or she is just the rudest laziest Mac cosmetic manager in CT. Needless to say we left and didn't buy anything. We went to Sephora down the hall instead.

I just left their Westfarms Mall location in West Hartford CT.The (1) staff they employ called out sick, so all the drawers with merchandise is locked and nobody else can access it.THAT IS RIDICULOUS on a Friday for them to be closed.I drove a half hour to each way to purchase a blush.They’re idiots.

I placed an order for pickup at a Mac store, not realizing it was in Connecticut (I live in MA). Alba, the store manager, called to remind me about my pickup and I had to tell her to cancel. Rather than canceling, she offered to mail it to my house for free shipping! Not only did she take the time to offer to do that, but she also included awesome samples for me to try. Alba, thank you for going above and beyond! Now I have the eyeshadows that have been on backorder online for months, as well as some new products I can't wait to try!!

HUGE shoutout to Alba!!!I called her store thinking it was corporate and so the story begins.Her customer service was like no other.I can’t say enough about my transaction with her and overall experience outstandingShe had some glitches in the computer and the send sale system, however she made sure through several phone calls to me that my order would eventually go through,Thank you MAC cosmetics for a great product but even better employees!!Alba is an A plus in my books and one you are lucky to have promoting your product!!!Thank you Alba and Mac Cosmetics!!

This review is for the Mac counter at the Macy's store. I had a really good experience working with Amanda color matched me and made sure that my face would not have a crazy color in pictures were taken this Mac store often doesn't have the makeup that I need but they will certainly ship it to you express to your home. I would definitely go back. Great work Miss Amanda you should be celebrated

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The STORE MANAGER was extremely rude and very unprofessional!I had an appt at 1 and I got there at 2:00 pm, cause I was ripping and running doing last minute errands for my sister wedding which was scheduled for 5 pm, that same day!When I got to the store, the store was completely empty, not one person! I stood at the counter and waited as I saw her in the back doing her OWN makeup! I went over to her and told her I had an appointment at 1:00 for lashes and I'm sorry that I'm running so late. She asked if I could come back, because the store MIGHT get busy! I said I'm not able to, due too my sister getting married and I was already running behind.She responded NO, sorry. And I said it takes 15 minutes to put lashes on and there's literally nobody in the store, as she was sitting there doing HER makeup! I got upset out of frustration, and urgency of getting to the wedding venue on time! I asked for the store manager's name and she stated that she was the store manager and said her name was something that I did not catch. She said she would give me her card, I said great! I mentioned it was ridiculous considering it doesn't take that long to get lashes, and she went on to say lashes are only $15 its NOT WORTH MY TIME. I got extremely upset as a consumer and stated that's not how you are supposed to do business! She told me then that I did not consider her feelings as when I came in and interrupted her! I then asked if I could just purchase the lashes and I will get someone else to do it and she stated she would NOT sale me the lashes because I had an attitude!By this time I was extremely upset and just wanted the business card so I can go to another store to get my lashes. She then denied me the business card she offered because I had an attitude and threaten to call the police on me because of my attitude!I am 39 years old, and never in my life have I been treated like this before! I will also be reaching out to corporate office every day until something is done about her.

I wish I had the girls name who was extremely rude to me and my friend today. I really hope it wasn’t a manager but she kind of seemed like one… I can describe her… was wearing a completely see thru mesh shirt…. with her bra and belly ring completely showing under neath lol. Scaryyyyyyy site. Professionalism 0/5 stars. Won’t be going back Sephora is way better anyways the girls there are sooo sweet

I had the most amazing experience ever!!!! First let me just say I live in Texas, visited my local store and had an amazing experience there but since they didn’t have my shade I was able to connect with Jessica from the Connecticut location. Best experience ever!! Super nice and she was able to ship my shade all the way to Texas. Once I received my package, it was beautifully presented with some samples and a handwritten note. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more special than I did that day or in that moment. Especially in a time where human interaction is discouraged. I felt her wonderful spirit over the phone and in the care she took with my package. I felt like the most important person in the world and there’s something to be said about that feeling without ever meeting one another in person. Jessica is amazing and a treasure and I’m grateful to have this experience with her. Thank you Jessica!!!!

Favorite makeup store. Ashley and Stevie especially are amazing. I love them. Makeup applications are always flawless, and they're extremely helpful and sweet. I had a 90 minute makeup lesson with Ashley and she was SO helpful and patient with me. My favorite makeup applications have always been done at this store. LOVE LOVE LOVE them.
