To whom it may concern. I have been to many optic stores. I have to say Carl , Melanie and Cameron have far exceeded anybody’s expectations on what customer service should be. What ever they are being paid, they deserve a raise. I can not think of any place, no matter what the industry, where I have consistently received such impeccable service.

Kyle-Team Lead was an awesome salesperson! Extremely knowledgeable, and Friendly! Gave every option, and was extremely informative! She was also very patient, and even when having an issue with a customer that was giving her an attitude for absolutely no reason other than entitlement, so treated him, and us with the upmost respect. We commented to her on how she handled the customer because of how rude that customer was to her, and she killed him with kindness, but we explained that couldn't of been us. If there's any compliant made against her, or anyone else in the store for that matter, it's simply not true. The store was busy with only 2 associates, and they were both busy, and the customer didn't like waiting because he was only there for a pickup., and thought by making a scene that it would've gotten him serviced quicker. I love this LensCrafters, and will be my go to store!

On 8/1/2024 I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Kyle. She not only was knowledgeable and friendly but very patient. While she was helping us (her coworker was also busy) a very rude customer walked in demanding to be helped immediately. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Kyle is a wonderful asset to the company and I will be returning to her from now on.

Kristin (store manager) at West Farms Mall LensCrafters was great! She was so knowledgeable and made my daughter and I feel at ease during the whole process. She provided excellent customer service!!

My experience was well worth having. The patient assistance of their caring staff comforted me as I was away from home traveling to the US. I was on a two week vacation in Connecticut and entered the store to ask a few questions. I didn't have my prescription on me, but if I did, I would.have been able to receive my glasses before I left.

I highly recommend Dr. Pamella Pham. She has been the most kind and thorough optometrist I've seen in the 16 years I've been wearing glasses. She also explained my unique vision problems in a very comprehensible way. I left my appointment feeling like I had a full understanding of my vision for the first time, ever. The front staff at the store were also very kind and helpful.

I am giving two stars because, in general, I like Lenscrafters; However the customer service at this West Farms location has gone downhill. In my opinion, they don't come off as particularly friendly and I've felt like a bother the last few times I have went into this store. The location that used to be located inside the Macy's store was much friendlier. I would tell the Lenscrafters employee at the Macy's location that their customer service far exceeded that of their "sister" store within the mall, and he replied that he heard that often.

Amazing customer service! Immediately greeted walking in and reassured assistance after my eye exam to find a new pair of glasses. Also appreciate the space to browse the selections, with occasional checkins to see how I was doing. Kudos to Kristin for making my experience pleasant!

The service at this location has definitely decayed! I’ve been a customer here since I was 9. First in my parents name now my own. Your team lead, the young gentleman.. let’s just say he lacks! Lacks customer service, Lacks empathy, lacks time management, lacks a great deal of just about everything needed to be a lead. Don’t over look your customers or make them feel inadequate! You did it twice over 2 days, from asking you to check a prescription on the first day and you bypassed us to help the lady who had just walked in to pick up her glasses (which prompted us to walk out) to us coming back still being over looked by you and you barely wanting to answer our questions about the Meta glasses after we’d already spent our hard earned money. This location is only still thriving because they’re the only location with an hour lab and or can produce 24 hour glasses. He knows exactly who he is. Retraining is needed indefinitely. I personally went to Avon since Vanessa left because of the dying service and I see why I’ve stayed away!
