I was nervous but excited to donate my very long hair once more. Sheri not only made me comfortable with the process, but gave me a haircut that I LOVE. I can honestly say this is the first time in my 33 years of life that I’ve gotten a haircut that suited me! She gave me the low maintenance haircut I asked for, but my waves are showing themselves off like I’ve never before seen them do. I love this hair!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut with Joan and hair treatment with Sheri at the La Belle chateau. Sarah is wonderful too. They are all extremely professional and caring. The salon is beautiful and super clean. I highly recommend this place.

Sent my mom to this salon for Mother’s Day to have her hair colored and cut while she visited me here in ct. I specifically asked for a blonde specialist. We also asked what the price range would be for the length of her hair and we were told it would be 210-250 which is expected. She asked for highlights and color correction for her grey on the sides. She was charged $310 for her hair to be gold and white. Never have we been charged this much to be so dissatisfied.

Dawn and Sarah were phenomenal. The place was clean, spacious and I appreciate and the flat fee for the full service. The price difference was nominally higher than neighboring salons, but the experienced at outweighs the price.

Sarah Genovese is an absolute God-send! My hair was absolutey destroyed by another salon. I came to Sarah to ask if she can restore my hair and fix what that other salon did to my hair. Instantly, she put me on her schedule, examined my hair and tested it to see how damaged it actually was. Then, from that moment on the transformation began. From dry/damaged hair to completely restored hair that I can run my fingers thru again! She's awesome with anything hair and knows her stuff. Thank you Sarah!! Big hugs!Service: Haircut

Rosie was amazing! She got what I wanted exactly right. Below is the picture I showed her of the braid I wanted and she went above and beyond with the rest of the style. Loved it! Would definitely recommend Rosie to everyone!

Joan, the owner, is not only meticulous with her styling of hair but also with safety and cleanliness protocols during this pandemic. She truly cares about the well being of her clients. When you enter your temp is taken, face masks worn, everything cleaned before and after each client. Plexiglass up at reception desk and credit cards are even disinfected for you after use! I was hesitant to resume bringing my mother back during the pandemic, but this is a place I feel confident she is safe. Very difficult to find a stylist that could replicate my mother’s hairstyle, Joan mastered it! Whatever you are looking for, I’m sure she can do!

Just wanted to share what an amazing experience I had here today. Woke up needing to lighten my head a bit and was thrilled to get an appointment for late morning. I walked out with the best haircut I’ve ever had!! Keiyana Grant is amazing. She worked miracles on my tired, too long, blah hair. I got compliments everywhere I went today! Thank you Keiyana!!

Such a friendly and caring staff - like family when you walk in the door. Stylists always listen to and adhere to your requests, and they make sure you are satisfied. The salon is gorgeous, so well taken care of, decorated for all seasons, immaculate, airy and very up-to-date with contemporary fixtures, and they always feed you with delightful snacks! You must visit to see for yourself!
