Great experience while looking around at products. Helpful staff with no pressure to buy anything. I had a complimentary skin test which allowed them to suggest products. I came away with two that I've already had great results from. I really love the plumping serum. Makes my face so soft!

Nothing impresses me more than quality service. Mercedes was an amazing breath of fresh air on my visit to this location. Very knowledgeable and helpful and patiently answered all my questions. 100% recommend going here.The products are quality and she'll ensure you get exactly what you need. 10/10.

Amazing!!!! Mercedes was so unbelievably patient and knowledgeable, and walked me through every product relevant to me without it being overwhelming and without trying to upsell me. She seemed to genuinely care and knew so much!!! Will definitely come back??????

Had a great experience at this location! The woman working on Fri 3/17 was super helpful, professional, and efficient. She helped me locate exactly what I wanted and explained the products to me.

Love the products and the staff even more. Cassie is super helpful and knowledgeable.Tip: Stop in with your kiehl bags, boxes, and old containers to get recycling credits toward purchase.

Today, 10/14/20 I and my friend walked in to an absolutely empty tiny store at west farm and said I wanted to try some samples. The very rude, very brusque, very rushed young male adult told me without embellishment or apology that you had no samples of the 3 items I wanted to try. I then asked “what samples do you have”. He started to explain in some vague way about the scarcity of samples and I told him that my experience based on living around the corner from the Murray hill samples in NY during law school was much different. In short, your staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming and I believe dishonest. For what is worth, I am dark skinned and so was my male friend. I also just purchased online, yesterday $84.97 from khiel’s online and was excited to sample the products that I bought. I will never ever buy a single item from the west farms store and I do hope they treat people better in the future.

The service here is amazing. They really helped me find things to suit my skin. Of course they are supposed to sell you things, but on several occasions the rep put things that I picked out back in favor of something less expensive. I have already been back and will be going again soon!

Love this store. Products are fantastic. Great skin care line. Store is in Westfarms Mall. Easiest access is through JCPenney and up to the 2nd tier.

I really wanted to enjoy this place and become a regular user here but it's time for me to go. I was recommended by a coworker to come here because I have been suffering with acne. At first it wasn't too bad I just started to have really bad blemishes on my four head and on the sides of my face. When I went to Kiehls, I got my skin tested and it turned out that I was dehydrated. I had multiple people help me out but it seemed that they didn't really know what they were doing they just wanted to sell products. Every product I picked up they worker would say "oh that's good for acne" it's almost like they were lying to the point where they just want me to buy something and gold. I have spent over $100 at this company and not one product has helped me with my acne. I have been using the toner calendula alcohol free it has done nothing to my face. So much for a acne treatment. I am suffering for acne and the worker suggested I use their ultra facial cream and I can even tell you that that also didn't help with my acne. I feel as if they don't care about the problem of your skin, they just care about the money in your pocket. Please avoid. You are better off with a worker at Ulta

For the life of me, I cannot find the card I had with the managers email on it so I resorted to google reviews because I HAD to say something. Not only did I receive outstanding service IN the store, following my first visit to Kiehl's, I received in the mail a hand written letter from James who helped me that day. James was absolutely phenomenal. He was polite, patient, attentive and INCREDIBLY informative. He spoke graciously and informed us without overloading or overwhelming us with information (which tends to happen with retail employees). I'm not sure how often these reviews are looked over by Kiehl's and their employees, but I genuinely hope James gains some sort of recognition for his hard work. Thank you Kiehl's, you gained a lifetime customer!
