Over the years I've purchased many Keeney products, I have NEVER had good quality, reasonably priced. Today is the second time within a week I've had to make a 25 mile round trip returning their products. The PVC fittings in their bathtub drains are so poor quality and loose-fitting. Today's problem the screw-in strainer is missing from the bag, they don't have any quality control.

Just purchased from Lowe's Heavy Duty Washer, Rubber 1-1/2", used on PVC sink drains. Upon opening discovered 1 of the 2 damaged, it was almost cut in half. Now I have to return to the store for more. So much for quality control.

I had a worn part ...2 years old. They don't sell parts for this flush valve.They are going to send me another complete flush valve.God Bless them...

Had the same issue with the other post about the stop leaking at the stem. There is not an adjustable packing on this valve. Dripped on the vertical and down the pipe to the ceiling below and saturated the ceiling with a few gallons of water. This happened not on 1 valve but 2 valves. Changed them to brass craft. I called the company it was very telling as I spoke to their customer support and R&D manager. Neither one asked "can you send the valve back to use for testing." I asked them why aren't you asking this and they were supprised. I said you aren't asking because this is a known issue, correct?

Purchased sink drain and strainer basket from Menard's and within a year, the black coating started coming off both items, both sides of sink. Looks horrible now. Very, very disappointed! Can't believe Menards would continue to carry Keeney products.

The neck broke off the bottle. The bottle is about 5 1/2 inches tall, the neck is about 3/4 inches wide. Where can I find another bottle without buying the whole apparatus?

A piece broke off in my plumbing!! I have my own septic system and whatever gets in there is on my dime! I emailed company but never heard back,go figure! I'm furious!!!

Keeney brand quarter turn valves leak. Avoid. One even had a visible crack in the casing. The other 3 leak from a seam where the threaded portion connects to the main valve body, as manufactured. Purchased 8 valves for three bathroom rennovations 4 months ago at Lowes. Two valves started leaking 3 months ago, two more valves leaking this week. Need yet another plumbing visit to tear out the others because this is an unreliable product which will cause water damage in your house.

Out of 7 replacement flush valve seals for Mansfield Model 210 on the shelf at Lowe's four were defective - holes in the seals. Be sure to check these seals carefully ; evidently poor quality control and/or material and workmanship. It is not always about price - quality still matters to most of us.
