“We hired Carefree Home Pros to install a shower stall in our master bathroom. The entire installation was done in about 4 to 5 hours. The finish was aesthetically pleasing and the installer left the place spick and span, just the way it was when he arrived. He was punctual, polite and professional and I recommend him highly. “We love Lowe’s! The customer service is phenomenal. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Home Depot. We had just bought a house and needed to get cabinets into our kitchen. We ordered cabinets but they came in TRASH! Went to Lowe’s Connie Johnson took care of us wonderfully, we came in with our kids she was PHENOMENAL! She designed our kitchen better than Home Depot! “awesome people. called and they told me they would unload me as the load was suppose to be delivered by 1700 but I didn't get asigned the load until about noon and have a 2 hr ride to go get it and had another stop in front of them. huge parking lot and plenty of room to maneuver around unlike all the rest of the home depots. best 1 I've delivered too so far.”

There's employees everywhere waiting to help out. All you got to do is look. They have supplies well stocked too. No problem with this here store. I like it.”

It's quiet is not a lot of people which is good for me and I can get around very easy and the help extraordinary. They're not far from each other but if I was to choose one I choose Lowe's. “I went to Lowe 's to look for a specific towel rack for my parents bathroom. This store is huge. They have all kinds of tools, and items for every part of your home. When I had just purchased my home, I was here pretty much every day, with my dad or my boyfriend looking for something for my house. My screen door is from Lowe's, my living room paint color is from Lowe's, just to name a few.I came across a very friendly sales associate, Jamie who chatted with me for a while and told me they don't have that exact towel rack in store, but I could order it online. This isn't ideal, because I did come to the store to purchase it, but shipping only takes two days.While Lowe's isn't my favorite store, I like going here with someone knowledgeable about the product and their uses. The staff I've encountered has been very friendly and helpful. They sell more then what one might expect from a home improvement store.”

I however know that this store doesn't offer the type of service you get at a mom and pop shop, but I have a great selection of things we need. We have made many purchases for us and our rentals, and military discount is a bonus.”

“I definitely think this is best of Home Depot's in the area. We've received the best service and the products we are looking for are always in stock. We stopped in on July 4 to pick up some flowers. And not only were they happily open, they were serving up free hotdogs. And we had just painted some of our bathroom and our dog sat down square in the paint. We happened have to the dog with us and one of the associates noticed the paint all over the dog gave us a bottle of Krud Kutter to clean up the dog on the house.”
“They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”
