Hertz is the worse company to rent from if you have an agreement between your insurance and hertz forget it hertz has taken money from my checking account three times already been paid by my bank and you can never get a hold of anyone to go over your bill with totally would not recommend them bad business

Outstanding customer service every time! The representative (Michael I believe his name) is always extremely friendly & welcoming and always does his best to accommodate me by going above and beyond.
