Applying for healthcare as a senior, especially Medicare, is a living nightmare. Thank God for James Beyer who helped me navigate this circus and cut to the chase on every phone call that needed to be made so that I can have the benefits I am entitled to. He was kind, professional and understanding of all my concerns. He enrolled me into a plan faster than I would have ever been able to, and he did so without leaving me out of the picture. I am now insured and worry free thanks James. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in applying for healthcare but too frustrated with how complicated it has all become.

Russell Haas found me a Medicare Advantage Plan that had a few more advantages than my previous plan. (The Choices agent I saw when I first signed up tried to sign me up for Care Partners, where none of my doctors were in the plan). I had already thought I had the best plan for my needs but now I get $500 annually to put towards my dental and/or prescription eyeglasses! Russell took his time to listen to my needs, which doctors I see, which meds I take. I was so impressed that he is now coming up with a plan on how to invest some of my money! It's nice to know there is no charge for his time and no obligation to sign up.

I had a Plan F as my supplement for Medicare, but against Chris’ advice, I decided to go to an HMO. It has only been 2 months and I already regret this decision ( I will call it a senior moment). I had to wait to see the doctor, needed a referral to see a specialist and there is a lot of out of pocket cost for the routine procedures. I immediately called Chris and, as always, he is trying to help me get back to a better plan. Please consider all these factor before you make a change, it will prevent a lot of aggravation.
