The team here also connected me to a special shipping store for orders that couldn't be handled by other stores. Truly the best customer service!”
“Many beautiful artisan-made items. I especially love the hand-painted Palestinian pottery they carry because it's really special and hard to find. They have large platter dishes that could be a show-stopping wedding gift, plus smaller items like a dish for olive oil.”

“I purchased a Valentine's day arrangement for my wife and daughter, and I paid extra for the flowers to be added to the order. Everything was great, but sadly, the flowers started dying the very next day. I contacted customer service, and I recieved a call from the local store in less than 30 min., and they apologized and asked if another flower arrangement delivered would be good. I said, of course that would be great! Well....they shipped over literally 3 times the amount of flowers that I originally ordered, and also sent a box of complimentary frosted cookies! The flowers look amazing and my wife actually had to put them in 3 separate vases because there was so many!! Edible Arrangements has always been great, but this was above and beyond. Thank you to the Queen Street location for your excellent customer service!! It's comforting to know, that a company values their customer's satisfaction, when they pay good money for a product!!!”
“Nathan, the delivery driver was exceptional! I had placed a delivery and accidentally transposed the house number incorrectly. He was so kind to call to ensure that I had the right address and even called back to tell me that they were undeliverable because the recipient wasn't home. He patiently waited as I contacted the person and gave him the o k to leave the gift at the door. I appreciated his genuine concern for leaving the item outside as it was warm and he did not want it to get ruined. This was exceptional service and he was very polite and professional. “I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”
