The bank keeps changing the days it withdraws my bill pay leaving me negative, then it’s supposed to be taken out the next day. I talked to the branch people and you’d think I was speaking a different language. Horrible employees too, one lady ended up causing more issues for me than fixing them. Can’t wait to change...
