I'm usually there because of Dunkin Donuts & occasionally I will buy something in the store. My last visit I needed to use the Men's Room. Ladies room was clearly marked NO MEN ALLOWED which seemed odd. Then I saw the condition of the Men's room. Luckily I didn't need to sit or touch anything. Hopefully the almighty Ladies Only room is much cleaner.

I stopped here for the first time in a while recently and was shocked by how bad the experience. Outside condition not great. Inside condition poor. Customer service deplorable. I always remembered this place being so good. Just now, I checked the reviews and see they have had a fairly recent ownership change. That would explain everything. Thankfully, there is a nearby Mobil on Main Street which is still outstanding, and the nearby Citgo isn't too bad either. With that nearby competition doing well, and the new owners not putting in the time and effort that is needed here, I only fear that things will get worse at this Exxon.

There is a massive gaping pothole when you exit the gas station that is able to pop your tire and destroy your suspension on your car. It has been there for over a year all they would need to do is pour a bag of asphalt mix into the hole however they are too cheap
