Myself and fiancé were at express at Westfarms mall looking for formal suit for him. Eldi went above and beyond for us. He even took the time and patience to sort and find the right size the right color and the fit at an amazing price. Omg I cannot express how happy I am and most appreciative of Elda customer service. I would say I've never went to an express location and got such a wonderful experience with customer service. Thank you so much Eldi you are one in a million and everything you've done for us is highly appreciated.

I went to the mall looking for something to wear for an upcoming wedding and was impressed by the suit offerings (especially in comparison to the rest of the mall). I don't know the first thing about fashion, but Eldi swiftly helped me not only find a style, but also the proper sizing all within minutes and with a fair discount. Be sure to swing by this location if you want great selection and even better service.

Loved this store, I love the color choices in the women's section. Price is good, especially when on sale. Great customer service from staff. I am happy to be able to find my size.The store is always clean and well organized.

Had probably the best experience in a store. I was greeted by Lee. This guy is very passionate about style. He made this a great experience and helped me put together a couple nice outfits.

I understand the season I don't understand blatant rudeness to brown people ... that's all I saw while awaiting the blonde cashier. She was short dismissive and cold to a Spanish couple. The man began asking questions she was super ?? ?? ?? my turn and she tried it I matched her nasty with great wit. Upon leaving she didn't seemed bothered how she was the bother - I'm 40 so maybe I've lost touch but retail respect is what you signed up to do and if people are smiking through your aggressive behavior YOU SHOULD LEAVE. this is to the blonde tall lady running the registers with the cold face.

I needed a suit last minute for an event. I was stressing out to find one. I went to express and the store manager Irma was exceptionally helpful. She was attentive and nice. Helped me find the perfect fit and I left the store feeling grateful for the customer service I received.

My daughter was in the changing room. Three times the worker in there was banging on her door. Clearly not paying attention or rushing her out of there. My daughter said the worker was laughing. Bad manners. I will NOT shop at this location. Place has gone downhill.
