Great products and outstanding customer service.I purchased one of their metal security doors for a secure room in my house. It arrived on a pallet secure in it's cardboard packaging, well packaged between two sections of plywood for protection. After opening it up, not a scratch on it. The primary trucking company transferred it to a local delivery company for final delivery (a smaller truck with a lift gate). With their pallet jack, the driver was able to manauver it safely down my paved driveway and into the garage. My door and frame weighed approximately 225 pounds.My contractor installed it yesterday, anchoring it as recommended in the installation video. He has installed a lot of doors over his career and was very impressed with the door, frame, and locking system. His comment was someone would have an easier time going through my concrete basement walls, than through this door system.I am very satisfied with this product. So much so, I placed an order today for a second door for another part of my house. Wanting to have them keyed the same, their customer service (shout out to Anthony) guided me through ordering to make that happen, and he answered my questions on the lock upgrade.Again, great product and outstanding customer service!

We are a custom millwork shop and doors are an important part of what we do. The folks at Door and Security are always prompt with their service and responses and their turnaround times on products are great. Would recommend for anyone needing commercial door services.

My company had a problematic door in our retail store and it was becoming a safety risk. Dan was flexible in scheduling the best time to inspect the door during a busy season, provide a fair quote and make the repair. We are extremely happy with the end result and support we got from this company. I look forward to working with them on projects in the future.

I found out that this is a commercial buisness but they helped me anyway. I called Door and Security Solutions because I was locked out of my house. I spoke to Paul over the phone and he promised to send help. Eric arrived within a half hour and opened my door! If this business shows such concern for one individual with a single issue, then imagine how they would respond to and perform for a commercial contract.
