Mrs Kim Wolverton treated me and my wife very well, with great kindness, she made a great impression on us and when we arrived at my house and saw her business card we realized that She was the store manager, excellent service

The buttons started falling off the suit after minimal use and only owning it 8 months. It used to be good quality store, but I don't think it is anymore. Moving on.

I bought my suit online and went there for a fitting and alterations. I also picked up a tie I paid for online. I was the first that used that option so they were excited about it. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I'm looking forward to picking my suit up and purchasing another at some point. It would be great if there was a store closer to where I live. It was a four hour drive, but we like to visit Hartford anyway. I'd like to suggest Stowe VT for a location. It's a very wealthy area not far from where I live. I'd probably still visit this store when I'm in the Hartford area. The staff is excellent.

Steven is the best employee ever. They got me my tailored suit within 2 days so I could have it before my flight. They were kind, considerate, and did good work.

We had to conduct an exchange. The employee who helped us went above and beyond to help us find a shirt that fit my son better. He was extremely helpful and polite. He is pictured boxing up the shirt he helped us find and properly fit.

I've been a Brooks Brothers customer for YEARS.....I buy nothing for work, but their cloths......NEVER AGAIN! Three shirts that were purchased less than 6 months ago had the same rip in the same area,(much thinner material now), and the manager at West Farms location wanted to do NOTHING about it! "I just can't do anything", was her response! So I simply told her to keep the shirts and I will find a new place to spend my money on clothing, since Brooks Brothers doesn't care about their product quality anymore. And the other associate actually told me that they're being acquired by another, larger clothier anyway, so who knows what to expect in the future!

Friendliest shopping in a Covid-19 world! The store manager, Kaitlyn, assisted us and she was a peach! She advised me on how to measure my fiance for a dress shirt, and made the process seamless - no pun intended!
