Once in a while I need a notarized document and for years have done it through my local bank branch. I was refused on two separate occasions at this location. Bad attitude also. I drove a few miles away to the New Britain branch and they were very nice and helpful. I would avoid them in the future which is too bad since it's the closest branch to my home.

Every time I go there, I have been taken care of exceptionally well. The teller, manager and the whole team are extremely helpful and polite. My parents also go there by themselves and are well taken care of . They have been very accommodating for last minute notarization and other stuff. Very happy .

Worst bank I have ever visited! RACIST! Went for few deposits and the woman (probably higher in position than teller) standing by the teller started showing her dissatisfaction due to multiple deposits!!!! Infact she had the audacity to tell us to step aside so others could be helped before us! She even went on cribbing about having only one teller window and stuff…. Not only that she made us feel like it was a terrible mistake to go to that BOA! Never expected such customer service from BOA! I wish there was option to give 0 ratings!

Every bit of the poor reviews is well earned! Very rude and disrespectful of customers. Refused to honor and cash checks written by their own customers. Staff there just want to sit and do nothing. Manager is even worse. Poor work ethics and horrible culture. This branch or this whole bank needs to be shut off!

This Bank should not be allowed to process home loans. The processors are not local they are all over the country and are not available by phone only by email. They do not return e-mails unless they are requesting something from you. They ask for documents that are not necessary for various loan types.A couple that were more than qualified to purchase a home and used BOA were repeatedly asked for documents that were already given or documents that were not required. After two and a half months this couple moved their loan to another company and was able to close in 3 weeks.This Bank should stick to what it knows if anything.

It takes 3 days to do any transactions after your account is unfrozen. Neither the customer rep on the phone or anybody in this bank told me. The guy in the branch just told me that he takes no responsibility for this since he 'does not know the guy who spoke to me'. Way to go!

Hours socks too many days closed. I think it’s time for me to take my hundred thousand out of this bank and move it to another bank.
