Everybody there was very friendly, very nice and everybody knows what the heck they’re doing which is nice, I left my long time dentist and found a group that was actually happy that I was a patient and not a dollar sign thank you guys

I was very satisfied with the clean and organized environment. The staff was very prompt, courteous and caring. I would recommend them at any time and you are guaranteed a full detailed explanation/ report on your visit and necessary treatment.

I’m very upset with the treatment from this place. I had a lot of work done from the staff here and all seemed well at first,ran into a tooth accident that was a crown and was told the new oral surgeon no longer takes any insurance. I went to a couple other place for other option and was mind blown with the lack of information that I SHOULD of been told, I have several crowns that they messed up on,I was lied to about some of the work I would need done, I was told I can never have braces with how my jaw and teeth are ( completely wrong I have them now) just unprofessional. They don’t care about their patience just the money. I rather pay out of pocket for a new place then ever come back here. Distasteful. Do better.

They were great and cleaning was much less painful than I expected?. Flapper looks good so it fills in the missing tooth until I get the bridge

I have never ever liked going to the dentist. I am not going to get into details about what I had done, but it was major. I cannot say enough about the staff the technicians, the desk people everybody there is amazing. I went in very nervous and left very happy. I might have to come back for a few things but that's OK. I just want everybody to know that they really do want to make you happy and they are wonderful.Highly recommend

The staff is amazing! Kudos on the exceptional customer service. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured my procedures would go smoothly. That was a huge help seeing as I have lots of anxiety ? I gave the 3 star rating because I had difficulties with the procedure and the recovery is not going as planned. I can’t get in until next week so I am patiently waiting. Hoping for a corrective outcome ?

One of the biggest rip offs ever. Went there with a broken tooth in the upper denture said that I had to have an exam. The exam consisted of one x-ray and that was it $248. Then they gave me a price on the tooth to repair another $200. The exam is a scam. !!!!!!!

I'm trying to reach Aspen Dental and something is wrong with their phone lines, so far it's been technical difficulties for the last 2 days. I am not sure what the deal is, but I need to make an appointment. I tried every Aspen Dental in the vicinity. All phone lines are down. I even tried to call them from several different phones.Ok, I was wondering why I wasn't able to get through to Aspen Dental. Thank you for clarifying that up for me.

I gave 1 star because there is no option to 0!!My molar tooth needs a root canal according to my dentist. I feel pain and tenderness in it. My dentist evaluated and told me that I need a professional who specializes in a root canal. So I contacted my dental insurance and they gave me a list of professionals. I contacted several ones but only Aspen Dental in Farmington had appointments available to the following day. When I spoke with the attendant on the phone, I was very clear that I was looking for a root canal specialist as my dentist does not do root canals and he referred me to a root canal specialist who did not have an appointment available soon. The next day I went to the appointment at Aspen and everything was like a nightmare. They took an X-ray which could have been required to my dentist as my last appointment was 3 months ago and included deep cleaning. After the X-ray they took me to another room to be seen by the hygienist which I was clear that I had deep cleaning on my teeth 3 months ago, and that was said over the phone when I was making the appointment, and that it could be passed on to them also, is it needed. She still continued. Then the dentist came to evaluate the x-rays and I asked where the root canal specialist is and then she told me that it will be scheduled another day to see the root canal specialist because he goes to the office once a month! Why was this information not passed to me over the phone? Why? Then I could have continued my searching to be seen by a root canal professional instead of a dentist! The hygienist asking me - from now on, will you be seeing the dentist here or will you get back to the one you seeing? How unprofessional to ask the patient that! She asked me 3 times! They took me to the “manager's” office to be given the procedure fees and she asked me if I had any questions about the hygienist (????????) and asked me to wait until she checked something. I was in the office for 10 minutes without even an update on what was going on. I was with my tooth sensitivity and I had to go to work because I also have responsibilities, and she just left me waiting. I got up, went to the receptionist and gave my e-mail if they were going to send me the quote because it didn't make sense for me to wait the way I was, without respect and professionalism for me as patience and on that condition. In the afternoon of the same day, I called and said that I made an appointment with a root canal specialist and that I consented to share my x-rays with them and that they could please email me an authorization form so I could sign authorizing my x raise be forwarded to the specialist I was going to seeing next, so I wouldn't have to pay for another x-ray! The attendant said that x raise can be forward to after 10 days?????????????
