Still don’t have my iPhone 7 fixed. Apple sent me to Best Buy to get them to help me but they were only interested in me purchasing a new phone and they are closing there stores. I still have a phone that won’t charge and no help. I am getting the run around.

Rude customer services, more than 10 working people in the store at 10:10 Saturday morning. I come in to buy an Apple Watch for my husband. I stand at the watch showcase and try to get attention for service. One girl waved at me like she was waving her dog to come to her. I asked the manager is that the way Apple greeting the customers, she sorry but she set appointment for me to come back after 20 minutes while I can see handfuls of people in the store can handle another customer. If all Apple stores greets customers this way, either we shop online or go somewhere else.

If you can avoid this location and head to the evergreen walk location save yourself the time and hassle. When you walk in you do not even receive a greeting from and workers besides the security guard (who was very nice and even remembered me when I came back) multiple workers seem to focus on one customer and seem unable to multitask when it comes to customer service. Staff avoid eye contact , do not greet you, take their time to get to you, and seem to be very laid back. And you basically if you can hassle the workers you get service .... Won’t be planning on returning to this location any time soon...

It's an Apple store, so the experience of trying and buying devices is great. However, buying accessories it small items definitely leaves a lot to be desired. There is no centralized desk or register to go to to purchase small items like accessories. I was standing around for like 10-15 min before I had to get somebody's attention just to figure out where and how to check out. There's really needs to be something because I honestly just felt like I was wasting time standing around.

Bought a laptop at this store but the associate did not give me the correct information about a promotion that was going on. Due to the omission of some important info I missed out on $300 which I should have gotten. I reached out to the Apple card people and they would not honor the reward.

The staff was wonderful; made an appointment prior to showing up due to precautions/shortages in staff. The repair on my 5 year old macbook pro was done in <24 hours, and everyone I interacted with was respectful and knowledgeable, especially Jones. The store was very busy, and they are still being careful, so there could be a wait; that isn't the store's fault, nor is it their staff's fault.

I made an appointment to have my phone checked out, as it was unresponsive. From check-in to first diagnostics to repair to replacement, the staff was amazing - I worked with 5 staff in total, who all were great and dealt with everything professionally and quickly, and as friends more than service professionals, though they seemed both. I’ve had many Genius Bar appointments over the years, but this was the best. Everyone had an attitude of helping can-do. Covid protocols were in place and adhered to. Great experience. I highly recommend this location.

Not only unwilling to help, the (rude) sale rep, who do not have name tag, but has pin with Gambia flag, wasted 15 minutes and went to her manager who came to question us about what we said when we walked in: we said buying not financing, if it would be buying cash they would have helped us!!! We explained to her that we drove from Norwich CT and got lost, when we walked in the store, without appointment, it was 5:33pm when the incompetent rep came back with her manager, female with no name tag, we had 8 minutes left! What an experience with this apple store. Great product with worst service: they will go down with such attitudes

horrible first experience with apple , my month old phone stopped responding so i called apple who said i can go in and exchange it , when i got there i was told they had to send it in and assured me it would be back by monday now its monday afternoon and no one knows when it will be done
