Was FOLLOWED around this store. As a woman of color it was so weird to see two other associates follow me around as I was shopping. I heard one associate whispering in her ear set and that’s when I realized they were following me. I found this so absurd since I’ve been to this store a couple of times prior and never experienced this.Although I did end up buying something at the end, I will not be returning. AVOID this store if you’re a minority and brown like me because they will follow you around and act weird and pretentious. Overall extremely disgusting staff. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Walked into the store having just walked into the mall. The clerk said, "There is a mask mandate in the mall so we ask you to wear a mask." I had looked on the mall door before going in, and did not see anything. Based upon the clerk's comment, I assumed I missed it. We walked out, and spoke to police and mall security - no mall mask mandate! Security and police were not wearing masks. The Anthroplogie clerk just lied. If the store wants to have its own mandate, fine, but don't lie.

My friend and I went to Anthropology store in the danbury mall. I wanted to see if they have a yelp page but they dont!!! I wanted to put in my 2 cents. I am very disappointed in that store!!! I wanted to return something there but the lady behind the counter said I couldn't because it was already open. The reason why I was returning it is that I didn't want it and it didn't work but she was really RUDE!!! I dont know if she was the manager!!! But she needs manner check!!! Most stores allows you to return stuff that you dont like and unopened package!!! Very upset customer here!!!!

Me and my family love Anthropologie and we’ve been customers forever!! every time we go we spend good amount of money and maybe thats why I am so disappointed. This time I went to buy only a mask because the masks there are very comfortable. Unfortunately I felt forced to write this review to complain about the horrible customer service and bad attitude from the cashier. She treated me literally like I was a piece of sh&$... Lol I am literally still in shock.After today I don’t think I’ll recommend anybody to go back to the westfarms mall location. If it helps it was on a Saturday around 6:30pm!

The store is always clean and the staff are nice. This store is a smaller one so it does not carry as much as other locations I have visited.

Loved it! The staff are so helpful, and sales were good. With many stores not fully stocked, Anthropologie had many great choices!
