Rude customer service! The guy working there wearing glasses and a tonnn of rings last night had so much attitude for no reason at all. No one greeted us the entire time, I waited patiently holding onto a pair of black boots I wanted to try on and after about 15 mins, the guy finally walks over. I gave him my size and even tried cracking a joke since he seemed like he didn’t even want to talk to me but no response. Then I even offered to put the display shoe back for him since I knew he was busy but he said no, with no emotion… like okay? Usually when sales reps place the box down, I open and put on the shoes myself but after he proceeded to open the box he stopped my hands and looks up and says, “ I’m sorry, do you work here?” I didn’t even know what to say after hearing that rude question. The way he spoke was super condescending. I tried nicely explaining that I can take the shoes out myself since he was probably busy but he just kept talking to me like a was a child and basically scolded me because this was his job to give me service. Look I understand all of that but again I told him nicely like oh, I just figured you were busy and tried to help out. I was super excited to see the shoe but after he said another rude comment and didn’t get the cue I was extremely upset, I didn’t even want to try on the second boot since I didn’t even want him to cash me out at this point. I left the mall very upset and when I told my sister about the incident, she came to the mall and had to tell the manager how upset I was. You guys just lost two customers that have been shopping there for years. I cannot believe that man thought it was appropriate to say something like that to a customer. Sales and customer service is clearly NOT for you so I highly suggest you find another career path. If you or the manager is reading this, you know exactly who I am. I am not the type of person to make a scene in public but I just hope you know that you are a terrible terrible worker and deserve to be fired.

I visited Aldo after my ring cleaning appointment to look for my wedding shoes and Georgia was the biggest help. She was so kind and so informational. I definitely recommend visiting Aldo. They have such a wide shoe selection and every shoe they have is absolutely lovely! They have beautiful ankle breakers, and they also have petite heels for clumsy girls like me! 10/10 service!

I came into the store today for a quick return thinking I was just gonna be in & out, I ended up leaving there feeling fabulous.G & Mo were absolutely great! I even had a moment when I couldn’t find my e-receipt, G was so attentive and yet soo patient with me and even assisted me with finding it in the system.I’ll def be back to this location.

Cool spot in the mall. Not hard to find. Had the wife out on a lunch date, decided she could use a new purse or two. Took her here where i was helped out by a nice guy.(can’t remember his name currently.) tall, brown skin brother with a calm demeanor. He took pride in the store, didn’t want a certain purse on the top shelf because he felt it wouldn’t be shoppable. He helped me use my Aldo’s crew discount with no issue. Got 2 purses for the wife and headed to P.F. Chang’s. Great service to start my lunch date.

Customer service is terrible. You walk in excited to get new items and the sales rep have an attitude. No matter how smiley you are and patient they treat you like a burden.I went in to return a one item and buy 3 more items and decided to go to Nordstrom instead.

I was looking for a pair of shoes and sales person approached me if I need any help. I asked for my size on the model I picked I didn’t get any answer she typed something on her phone and some other customers just entered the store and she was talking to them. A while later she came back to me asking what size of the shoes I needed because she forgot… seriously? I asked for a manager she is the manager she said. Will never buy from them and never go back to that store again.

Very poor customer service. The employee last night closed the store before the scheduled time of 8pm and wouldn’t let me come in at 7:58 to buy a pair of shoes even though there were two customers in the store. I called to tell the manager today she was very rude- her response was I’ll write her up and slammed the phone in my face. I wonder if she’s the employee that closed early last night.

I went in looking for a red bangle.did not find any. That's alright.I picked up a cute mask and go to check out.after patiently waiting an extra 6 minutes for the employee to come to the counter I was basically harassed. when checking out an employee named Georgia asked for an email to send the receipt.I say I don't have one but she points out that I have an iPhone and that I must have an Icloud.this made me uncomfortable as I clearly did not want to give out my email. I proceed to ask. If I can just have it printed And Georgia (cashier 46637571) made a remark about me killing the planet. and I took that very personal. I care about the earth and do my part. however individual consumption does not offset systemic issues. This comment left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING
