if i could give zero stars i would. i lost my wallet in this store, and the workers did nothing. I am a young girl and i was visibly upset about it. The workers walked right by me as I was crying. I didn’t even get a “are you okay?”. Thank goodness a customer found it. The workers claimed that they “looked everywhere” but the wallet is bright blue with bright green cards in it, and it was right below the register. If they had really looked, it would have took them 2 seconds to find it. They also tried to gaslight me into thinking that I didn’t bring it in, after I repeatedly told them I did. Moral of the story, good store, bad customer service.

if i could give this zero stars i would. My friend lost her wallet and the works didn’t care. All they did was give dirty looks to my friend while she was crying and proceeded to talk about her. Worst costumer service ever. It took a costumer 2 seconds to look down and find my friends wallet but the workers claimed they looked everywhere. They also tried to gaslight her into thinking she dropped it somewhere else. I definitely will not be stepping foot in that store again!!!

on vacation came in this mall with my kids trying to find outfits for my son and I for a family reunion. the sales associate was following me around the store very obviously fake fixing stuff all around. this is why I like shopping online
