I while back I applied for the Wells Fargo Autograph card and I initial got denied due to some disputes over documents for my old address (I had recently moved). The representatives here were very good about helping me sort everything out. I cannot speak for Wells Fargo as a whole, but the people at this branch were pretty stellar in my experience.

I would give them no stars if I could. Walked in and there was no one waiting. It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and then I was told they would be right with me. 2 tellers couldn't even stop what they were doing to conduct my business. Epic fail. I really miss the Wells Fargo in downtown Fairfield. Everyone there was friendly and efficient.

Me and my wife went to the bank to get travel document notarize for our son to travel. Bank manger said both husband and wife need to have an active account... I have business and personal act with them and wife name was not on it. I have never heard of this nonsense at any bank.

I’m so sick of Wells Fargo. Have been a customer over 15 years and I’m always treated poorly by them. Big banks are the worst.

I run a local business and was in need of some singles. Went in to see if I could get $50 worth of Dollar bills and was told no because I didn't have an account there. Just BAD BUSINESS!! Thanks to Robeks. A friendly neighborhood business. we got some singles.

Went to get a cashier's check. There's usually no problem getting a parking spot right in front. Off hours, you'll need a card to unlock door to get to lobby atm machine. O went in, and was taken fairly quickly. Asked for a cashier's check, filled out slip and gave info, got my check and receipt. They asked if I needed an envelope, which I did it was a fairly smooth transaction. Took all of 10mins. This was my first time going inside, I normally only use the atm. They also have a drive thru, which I've never used.

This location has APPALLING customer service, they are constantly rude every time I stop in. I stopped in to make a withdrawal twice in the span of weeks and both times was asked why I didn’t just take the money out at an ATM….this is my money and it’s more convenient for me to visit the bank but the questioning as if it’s any of their business? Please do better .

The staff are always friendly and helpful whether you use the drive thru ATM or go inside. Getting currency from other countries is easy and takes less than a week to come in (if they have to order it). This is my go-to location because it's quick, friendly, and efficient.
