We didn't mind the high prices or clueless (some) salespeople. After spending several thousands of dollars it was disappointing that when we had a problem with one of the products, no one would lift a finger to help us. Their policy is that you have to buy the product again and then you have to deal with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. However the guys next door in their plumbing parts area were very helpful and knowledgable.

Product selection was great and the products themselves are high quality. Pricing was as you would expect for quality products. The reason I gave only 3 stars is the associate I dealt with was Chrystal. She was a nightmare.She did not know the current product line and did not ask the right questions regarding what was necessary for sizing the internal wall components. If you can request a different associate you would be more satisfied.
