Waited 45 minutes for my vaccine even though I had an appointment. There was a line 15 deep to pick up scripts and a line ten deep for shots. Staff seemed to be excessively slow, with long breaks between vaccines. This will be the last time I come to this store.

Worst pharmacy the pharmacist in duty yell at me the there were not going to fill my prescription because there were going to close I was waiting for about 20 minutes and calling them vefore I got there like 30 minutes before they close this people have no respect for people who take there medication few year earlier they did great never a problem but now there rude they yell at you listen I work in costumer service and this people have no respect to no one.also I was not rude I just ask for them if they could please fill the prescription because my daughter run out of her medication.

This is my go to place for fedex drop offs (ground or express, super convenient) and cosmetics/little things/last minute gifts. Cashiers are always pleasant to deal with and friendly. When it comes to pharmacy, haven't dealt with them much, but on the 2 occasions I had - was pretty effortless and easy experience.

Script called in on 5/24, had to wait 30 mins for it on 5/30! The reason? We were closed a few days. Line of 12 customers, multiple customers waiting in lobby area for scripts to be filled. Terribly managed.

Cardio Rx submitted Wed are not ready 5 days later. Pharmacy closed Sat & Sun. Not open until 10:00 am M- F I will transfer my Rx to Black Rock Pharmacy.

Service at this Pharmacy is horrendous. People are untrained and incompetent. The management is most likely at fault so it's starting at the top and flowing down. But save yourself........and go elsewhere.

I called in for a general question about the Covid vaccine. The female that answered the phone did everything possible to pawn me off on a website to answer my questions. I then said to her that my questions are not addressed on any website. She proceeded to give me answers to questions I didn't even ask and did this 4 separate times. Each time I tried to explain, she just cut me off yet again. I worked as a pharmacy tech for 11 years. I understand fully the stress of her job, but I also fully understand how important it is to LISTEN to a customer and WHAT they are asking! Shame on her! The last words out of her mouth to me were that she doesn't know what to tell me. I told her thank you for being such a tremendous help! This is where the problems arise with big box pharmacies. No help!

This happens to be a very convenient location for me and my family. The store is clean and very organized, the staff are helpful and friendly. I recently started using their electronic online refill feature, and had planned on getting a 30 day refill before this Labor Day holiday. I logged on early Saturday morning, and the app quickly instructed me to pick up my refill after 11am on Sunday. Well, I arrived around 1:20pm and was told that my script was not ready and they are about to have their lunch break, please come back after 2pm. In the meantime, I received a text message stating that there was a problem with my insurance that needs to be resolved, causing a delay with my prescription. (Sounds like an excuse to me!) I returned approximately 3:15 pm and they still had not completed my script. That is just unacceptable...even the Walgreens app states that my refill was complete. I finally received my meds at 3:35pm and the accompanying slip states 11:00am. My review is strictly about the efficiency of the pharmacy and not about the whole store. If they are under staffed and cannot fill scripts on time, then the app should state the delay! I just hope that I receive the correct medication, and believe me when I say that I will double check before ingesting any OTC medication from this pharmacy! ...5 seconds after getting into my vehicle, I got another Walgreens text stating that my prescription was now ready for pickup! Touché Walgreens touché!

I have dealt with almost every Walgreens and cvs In a 30 mile radius and I’m always aggravated but this is by far the best Walgreens. It’s still a pharmacy at the end of the day so there not perfect but definitely much better then most!

I generally prefer coming to this Walgreens rather than others in the area. For the most part they are very clean and organized. More times than not I find what I am looking for and usually the employees are quite pleasant. Even when the line is long it tends to move quite quickly. This is not the closest pharmacy to me but I prefer to come here instead of other places.

My favorite drug store to visit, it can be earlier in the morning, late afternoon or after work. I can always get what I need and in a timely fashion.
