We have a 16 1/2 old Lhasa Apso and he has had the same groomer the whole time but she has moved out of the area. I was very nervous about bringing my old dude to anyone new but the woman at Waggies made me feel very comfortable and my old dude was very comfortable with everyone there. Thank you for making him look very handsome.

They were very patient with my pup. He was car sick from the ride to the salon from home . They did not turn him back and truly understand his nervousness and excessive drooling. I truly appreciate it and can’t wait to bring him back . Thanks Michelle you took my vision and made it more than what I could have simply imagined. Thank you. After groomers picture with yellow bandana ?

My dogs have been going to Waggies for years and I am always happy with the results. We moved to another town in CT last year and still drive out of our way to take them there. We won't go any where else. The owner and the staff are great!

For years my parents took our golden here. Use to be a pleasant and great experience, however recently our dog started to get very anxious upon arrival the last few visits and had a tough time getting him to go in and most recently refused to go inside, he literally shook excessively the last time my mother tried to bring him in. Ellen at the front desk only concern was “let us know, we have to fill the spot”. So wait, you don’t care that a dog who’ve you’ve groomed for years all of sudden is terrified to come in your establishment? There was no empathy or concern. To me that’s a red flag, something must have happened at a previous grooming appointment, and they should be ashamed of themselves. Moments like this we wish our dog could tell us because it’s clear something happened. Since then we have found another local grooming place, and it has been nothing but AMAZING!!! Stay far away from waggies if you don’t want your pup to be traumatized.

I called to see if I can get my dogs nails cut. And the lady said they aren't cutting dogs nails at this time. Um, I thought that's what you do there. Everytime I call there is always a problem.

AWFUL dog grooming business - they groomed my dog a few years back, who has always had a medical history of seizures, and I called today to make an appointment for him to be groomed and they told me they would not take him due to his seizures. I asked them if their company doesn't allow dogs with seizures at all and she responded by saying they do but not mine since they only did him a few years back...makes A LOT of sense, the owner and appointment booker sound like they're real stand up people. I would not recommend this place, extremely unprofessional, the owner thinks that she runs an exclusive hair salon in NYC and the woman who books the appointments is extremely and utterly rude. I will never ever recommend this place to any of my friends locally. Very disturbing "business" clearly they are not animal lovers if they cannot groom a dog who has minor seizures only 2-3 times a year. They should adjust their attitudes and business model before they lose all of their customers..

Waggies gave my dog a horrible hair cut and did not listen to me at all when I said I wanted to keep his hair long. I’m incredibly upset and will not be returning. He looks so ugly and it will take months for it to grow out.
